PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

The VRP Balancer © designed to balance motors to run at optimum levels. The balancer works with both inline or pancake motors. The motor spins almost on air between the two magnets on the tip of the adjusting screws.

The motor is placed between the two magnets on the adjusting screws. The motor will always be in contact with either the left or the right side magnet. The two vertical screws are used to lock the horizontal screws one side at a time. Once the first side is locked, the second horizontal screw is then adjusted to almost touch the armature shaft.

Sold exclusively with the new VRP Balancers or to past VRP Balancer customers. This magic enabler tool solves two big problems with T-Jet Motors.

Motors with damaged motor shafts.

Motors that are Magnetized.

Motor shafts

In the past we have come across motor shafts that have been damaged, or the dimple has been removed, or the shaft surface is no longer flat. This enabler tool solves this problem because you no longer have to depend on the condition of the motor shaft to accurately balance the motor.

Motor Magnetism

Many motors for some reason have been magnetized which made it difficult to balance the motor. This enabler tool solves this problem using the VRP balancer.
